Job Description

Overview:

Under the direction of the eCommerce Senior Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Retail is responsible for overseeing day to day management and overarching strategy of Retail.com partners from a digital perspective.


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Digital & Retail teams in order to devise seasonal strategies and programming across all .com Retail partners.
  • Attend all retail Market meetings to present digital strategy and plans.
  • Manage Retail.com calendars, promotions and activations across retailers.
  • Analyze sales analytics to create strategic plans to drive online sales and influence marketing programs across retail partners.
  • Lead strategic planning of content creation, digital & social planning for retail partners.
  • Lead the strategy for sampling programs across retail.com partners to strengthen on-site reviews.
  • In collaboration with Marketing and Sales, lead the strategy and planning of retail-specific digital media and marketing that support overall objectives specific to each retail partner.
  • In collaboration with Sales & Marketing, support global expansion and international growth of new business.
  • Oversee the Digital Retail Coordinator.
  • Manage the digital needs for the growth and expansion of global markets.
  • Manage Digital Retail budget.


Skills & Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years in Digital
  • Experience and relationships with retailers preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online business development, particularly in social media, websites and e-commerce
  • Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • 3-4 years of digital retail experience
