We’re looking for a digital marketing product manager to:

• Define KPI’s and analytics frameworks used to measure the success of projects and platforms, as well as support business stakeholders with relevant data points and analyses
• Act as product manager for solutions within the digital marketing ecosystem, driving business requirements gathering, scoping, feasibility analysis, technical implementation, budget management and execution (together with external and internal technology partners), while applying agile project methodologies
• Establish a strong relationship with Zurich and other internationally-based teams that are involved in development, testing, publishing and operations of our technology stack
• Develop compelling digital concepts using prototyping tool and html coding to provide best-in-class digital experiences for UBS’s clients and prospects
• Advise and apply digital marketing concepts such as web design, user journeys, taxonomies, user experience, personalization, accessibility, SEO, etc.
• Manage complex digital projects on UBS’s key digital marketing ecosystem, with a focus on stakeholders in the Americas region, advising them on best-practices and enabling them to fully leverage our platforms

Your team

You’ll be working in the Digital Project Management US team within the Communications and Branding team out of New York. Together with our marketing partners, you’ll deliver high-class digital client experiences for our clients and prospects in the Americas.

Your expertise

• Ability to show initiative, work successfully and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Superb team and cross-firm collaboration skills who enjoys working across geographical borders.
• Minimum qualification BA/BS degree or equivalent advanced technical degree in a digital field or project management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise content management and digital marketing solutions, preferably experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Launch)
• Experience working in banking / financial industry is a plus
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience which includes: web solution implementations, digital operations and project management, web analytics.
• Manage and execute any size projects efficiently and flawlessly
• Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as impeccable time management.

Salary Information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
