Senior Brand, Digital & Content Manager

We are working closely with the newly appointed CMO as they actively seek a new Senior Brand, Digital & Content Manager to join their global marketing team. This is an incredibly exciting position as it is a newly created position meaning you will be able to come in and have a genuine influence as opposed to picking up where the previous person was.

The CMO is highly regarded and someone we know incredibly well having placed the majority of their team at their previous firm, the big push for them is truly internalizing the team and linking up the Americas and EMEA region and as such this role will truly have an international focus.

As this is an international role you will be working closely with a wide variety of different stakeholders to help the firm’s branding, creative services, digital and marketing communications to deliver the content strategy in line with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Core responsibilities include:

• Establish and implement best practice for delivering innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns!
• Work closely with BDMC colleagues and others to plan and deliver successful campaigns.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of brand, creative and marketing communications professionals in the U.S. and EMEA.
• Develop and manage the brand guidelines to ensure effective use of the firm’s branding!
• Foster a culture that supports collaboration and team spirit committed to professional excellence and the highest levels of client service.

Key requirements for the role:

• You will need substantially marketing communications experience, this will preferably have been within an international law firm, but broader professional services would also be suitable.
• A strong understanding of branding, digital and marketing communications
• Previous managerial experience is essential for this role.

The advertised salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 but we welcome engagement from individuals outside of this range.
