JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading fashion PR, Production and Digital agency KCD, is seeking an Associate Digital Manager based in New York.The Associate Digital Manager will work within the Digital department and alongside the PR department and will be responsible for community management, influencer strategy, and digital content development. As an integral ambassador to both KCD and its clients, this digital-savvy individual should bring a professional, motivated, and diversified skillset to compliment the department and the Agency. They will be expected to incorporate online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the company’s brand – both online and offine.

They should have the capacity and skillset to instill trust in clients and have relationships with a wide range of fashion, lifestyle and digital media persons. The must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects that will contribute to their overall Agency success. They should have the appropriate style and taste to serve as an exceptional brand ambassador for both KCD and its clients.

Responsibilities Include:

·Work within the KCD Digital team to execute and support each client's social media and influencer strategies.

·Act as an agency liaison to maintain and champion relationships with top platforms, digital influencers, and influencer agencies

·Manage brand social media channels (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.) for Community Management clients

·Generate digital content ideas for social media campaigns

·Integrate social media and influencer strategies and messages into brand communication and establish consistency across all channels

·Provide a consistent and professional client experience while managing client expectations and provide timely communication

·Brainstorm new digital opportunities, ideas, and campaigns for KCD and our clients

·Create content for KCD social during Agency events and Fashion week

·Development of social media content strategies, manage outreach and tracking of campaign/ influencer content

·Manage negotiations and budget for all social campaigns

·Generate social media coverage reports for KCD clients

·Research and keep current on new digital trends, websites and platforms

·Maintain and update digital contact lists

·Full training on Fashion GPS, assist with GPS as it relates to the digital department, iPads, contact list updates, etc

·Digital event coordination and management such as manage guestlists, RSVPs, etc

·Deliver client reports and analytics

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Strong knowledge of the fashion industry is a MUST

·Relationships with top websites and key digital influencers

·Practiced understanding of the digital landscape

·Experience working with a brand online

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·Team player who can collaborate with coworkers and clients at all levels

·Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines

·Keen eye for detail

·Willingness to learn

REQUIREMENTS:

·3-4 years of relevant experience in community management / influencer strategy with a demonstrated track record of success (PR experience is a plus)

·A degree in Journalism, Communications and Marketing or Business
