The Role


The Digital Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the success of the digital marketing efforts by coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring performance, providing insights, and ensuring effective reporting and financial management. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills will be essential to excel in this role.


Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to


  • Maintain project calendars and communicate timelines and deliverables across the wider Marketing organization including Regional Marketing, Creative, Content/Editorial, and Web Management.
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and ensure that vendors are paid on time
  • Keep track of marketing initiatives and compile reports on KPIs, such as digital marketing channel efficacy, traffic trends, and onsite user behavior.
  • Help create and maintain best practices for data capture, tagging, tracking, and advertising assets
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams on creating clear and timely post-campaign presentations.
  • Research, develop, and monitor keyword lists to support SEO and SEM campaign optimizations and site changes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting by campaign, channel, and tactic using tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, and Looker.
  • Deliver analysis and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to successfully launch paid media initiatives including SEM, paid social media, and display advertising.


The Candidate


We are looking for hard-working, energetic, and intellectually curious self-starters who can thrive in a high-pressure environment. They ask questions and are keen to learn about the entire auction process and the use of data to drive key decisions.


  • Experience in marketing
  • Interest in fine art and/or luxury goods
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field
  • Passionate about new technologies and using them to support Christie’s marketing goals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Must be highly proficient in Excel, with familiarity with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and match formulas.
  • Strategic and commercially minded
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and shift focus
  • Strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning to use new digital platforms—experience with Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or Google Ads a plus
