As a Senior Business Process Analyst for eDiscovery and Enterprise Records & Information Management (ERIM), you’ll have the opportunity to support the initiatives of two enterprise programs that work with many different business stakeholders. This position is largely responsible for business process analysis, data and reporting analysis and implementing business processes that support key business objectives for both programs.
This position ensures end-to-end business process activities are effective, documented and support our strategic objectives. This individual will examine our current business activities and assist teammates in continuous improvement initiatives. The position is also responsible for gathering information from non-integrating and integrating organizations regarding their business practices for legal hold activities. Additionally, this individual will participate in the development of business processes that govern how legal holds and data retention is assigned to content managed in M365.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Confer with teammates about opportunities to standardize processes and address resource gaps
- Coordinate and guide continuous improvement projects and manage projects from original concept (current state) through final implementation (future state)
- Develop tracking mechanisms and department dashboards to report status and bottlenecks in managing our work
- Serve as the M365 product lead for both programs by attaining a thorough understanding of eDiscovery and data lifecycle management functionality
- Evaluate and recommend systems and process enhancements to improve productivity
- Understand how changes in M365 functionality impacts our standard processes
- Conduct due diligence with acquisitions and mergers about their existing legal hold practices

Qualifications -
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Writing Business and/or Systems requirements
- 4+ years of experience in "Process Improvement Methodologies
- 4+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
- Proficient with Excel, SharePoint and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to new instructions, situations, methods, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve and apply critical thinking strategies
- Experience or exposure to system development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a liaison between business teams, responsible for documenting and prioritizing business requirements in support of critical needs
- High level working knowledge of M365
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
