Itil Manager (W2 Only)

Terms of Employment

• Contract-to-Hire, 5 months
• This position is primarily remote, but this individual must be comfortable working onsite in Baltimore, MD occasionally – roughly once per month to once per quarter.
• Travel can be expensed for candidates who reside outside a commutable distance to Baltimore, MD when onsite work/meetings are scheduled.
• Candidates must be based in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida, or Texas to be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth ITIL knowledge with proven experience developing operational IT service readiness plans.
• Proven experience acting in a project management capacity for IT projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams.
• Possess a relevant Kanban, Scrum, and/or Agile certification and 10+ years of in-depth experience in IT systems engineering with expertise in IT infrastructure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills & Experience

ITIL Foundations v3 certification.

• Experience in the health insurance industry.
