What are we looking for?

BetterHelp is the largest Podcast advertiser in the world, and also advertises in radio and streaming. We’re looking for someone to join the team in managing/growing the channels and to aid all responsibilities related to, but not limited to: ad ops, logistics, reporting, media strategy, media buying, custom segments, and more.
You are data-driven first. You are deeply knowledgeable in how the industry operates. You are familiar with all of the tracking ins and outs. You come from a performance and direct response background with an eye for brand and understanding how to craft messaging to our audience. You are organized and can manage ops relating to hundreds of shows from a performance and operational standpoint.

What will you do?
  • Enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class business that makes a difference in people's lives
  • Maintain consistent, high performance by frequently monitoring campaign results and promptly respond with recommendations relating to testing, renewals and overall performance and strategy.
  • Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative and custom opportunities with shows and networks for campaign growth and improvement
  • Assist in all ad ops processes: data and show entry, show and partner onboarding, billing reconciliation and more.
  • Assist in all logistics: media shifts, meeting notes and recaps, coordinating meetings.
  • Work with AP to get invoices paid on time
  • Assist the Manager of Audio Partnerships in Strategy & Buying: help plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize podcast/radio/streaming/print campaigns with multi-million dollar monthly spend.

  • You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup DNA, but we're fully backed and funded by our parent company, Teladoc Health.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • 2+ years managing podcast, radio and streaming campaigns on client, sales or publisher side
  • Tech savvy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance based on data
Bonus (Great to have, but not required)
  • Experience using podcast tracking tools
  • Direct-To-Consumer and DR Marketing experience

The base salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and cerfications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
