About This Role


As Strategic Brand Partnerships Lead at Chime, you will be responsible for developing and driving data-driven, authentic and culturally-relevant partnership programs. You will source and lead high-profile, sophisticated relationships with vendors and partners across a variety of verticals and deliver innovative programs that result in awareness, affinity, and long-term brand love. This highly cross-functional role reports to the Director of Strategic Brand Partnerships and will work with internal teams as well as external agencies and partners.


The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.


In this role, you can expect to


  • Leverage data and insights to build and execute 360 integrated partner marketing campaigns and activations end-to-end across a multitude of owned, paid, and partner marketing channels.
  • Own and lead the day-to-day relationships, operations, and performance tracking of new and existing partnerships to drive business results.
  • Translate campaign performance, competitive analysis, and market assessments into strategic opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Lead sourcing, building, and driving strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities across a wide range of verticals (inclusive of sports, entertainment, music and lifestyle partners).
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal partners across Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth, Legal, Compliance, PR, and more to bring partnerships to life.

  • Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that tackle business problems and advance our brand narrative.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Be an organized, diligent multitasker. With numerous high-priority initiatives, and many stakeholders, you’ll need to manage deadlines and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to shift when the data tells you.
  • Shown ability to identify and integrate strategic partnership opportunities that build brand awareness.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field with 8+ years leading end-to-end partner marketing campaigns at an agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand.
  • Be a consumer of culture. You’ll source innovative and culturally-relevant partnerships, so you’ve got to live and breathe the culture yourself.
