Spühl is part of the American Leggett & Platt, Incorporated Group.
We are looking for a Sales Manager located in the South of US or Central America to serve the central and south America market.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, key accounts/new accounts, and reporting and operations. You will also have the chance to oversee pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction. An excellent Sales Manager will possess great communication skills and be able to lead, motivate, be organized, reliable, and results oriented
So, what will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
- Attend and work on national and international trade shows
- Regularly travel to the assigned sales territories and maintain customer contact
- Develop and implement market-related sales promotion concepts (local trade fairs, seminars, conferences, promotions) in his/her sales areas
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Work with division personnel at Spühl on all sales and customer Service issues
- Close collaboration and support to the sales director Spühl on all issues regarding the territory
- Coordinate communication between inside and outside Sales
- Supervise agencies in this territory
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Technical flair / understanding
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/sales management of capital goods
- MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
- Accuracy with details
- Organizational abilities
- Confidentiality
- Multi-Tasking abilities
- Native language Spanish, English mandatory
- Self-Motivated
Things we consider a plus:
- German knowlegde
- Experience in the bedding industry
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study
