Job Title
Distribution Warehouse Manager - North America
As a Distribution Warehouse Manager - North America, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading the regional warehouse operations strategic plan for all North American commercial and industrial sites, as well as stocking locations (union and non-union).
What you’ll do
  • Identify and oversee regional warehousing improvements and projects, automation, performance, policies, and processes to support strategies; apply Performance Management metrics to promote operational integrity and excellence in implementation.
  • Oversee regional warehouse operations leaders (Internal/3PL/Factory); ensure all sites have effective distribution procedures, compliance, documentation, safety, security policies, and inventory control.
  • Encourage 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) providers to continuously improve services and distribution structures, optimizing service, and cost.
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives to achieve service and cost targets, streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by improved quality, logistics, and optimal delivery performance.
Your qualifications
  • Full End2End supply chain knowledge, advanced process management and critical thinking skills, and experience with automation.
    • Process Management Certification and Lean Advanced/Black Belt certification a plus
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of demonstrated achievement in warehouse administration of multiple sites (8+) and managing logistics service providers (3PL).
  • Demonstrated success managing financial responsibilities and budgets.

  • Extensive background in project management.
  • Customer focused, promoting high levels of customer service, and communicates clearly at all levels (internally and externally).
  • Deep stakeholder and change management capabilities; persuasive, inspires commitment, and creates high performing teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $167,000 to $233,000 (Bridgewater)
Bonus: Target 25%
