Job Description
This is a territory sales position where you will be on the road calling on clients in a large region working from a remote home office. You must live in the in the San Francisco or Seattle market. Up to 50% travel is required.

Residential Account Manager Responsibilities And Duties


  • Enjoy helping others with their visions and goals
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, trends, products, and business channel.
  • Be a self-starter – Driven by goals and results
  • Seek out your own leads, appointments and develop new client base
  • Drive to Succeed and enjoy uncapped earning potential through hardwood
  • Develop and execute on business plans to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Develop Specification business for new Commercial Hardened Wood Offering
  • Proactively identify and strategize ways to capture new critical accounts
  • Account Management and Business development


Regional Sales Manager Qualifications And Skills


  • A hunter’s mentality with the ability to develop rapport and build trusted relationships
  • BA/BS Degree and minimum 3+ years of success in B2B Residential Flooring Sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to confidently engage with prospects over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional professional presence and strong business acumen
  • Solid skills in MS Office, CRM, and Math.
  • Ability to Travel up to 50% of the time
