To thrive in this position, you will be achieving in the following:


The Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are responsible for growing sales within the assigned territory by building and leveraging existing and new Business Partners and End User relationships.


  • Achieve Sales Targets: Generate new business with existing Business Partners and share the value proposition of solutions and services
  • Sound Working Relationships: Healthy yet ethical and respectful competition on the sales team. Effective communication by transfer of knowledge, accomplishment of goals, embodying the culture and conduct with engagement activities.
  • Utilization of Resources to meet Objectives : Work vertically and horizontally within the organization. Use of the XSPerience Centers and the engagement of integration partners.
  • Channel Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline by being proactive and delivering outstanding sales processes and support. Manage rep firs and


Minimum Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and follow up
  • Computer Skills (Google Suites)
  • Sales Management and Rep Firm Leadership
  • Door/Hardware Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Salesforce (preferred but not required)
  • Resides within the Territory.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs
  • Ability to travel 50%- 70%
