Job Description

*THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*


Location: San Francisco (must be able to commute to office)

Reports to: Regional Sales Director


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales of the portfolio (cookies, spreads and ice cream)
  • Manage trade spend and sales forcasts via trade promotion platform
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Help develop and execute a strategic and ambitious growth plan for retailers (Safeway Albertsons and other Western regional accounts)
  • Collaborate and share best practices with US sales team
  • Work with cross-functional team members (trade marketing, finance, supply chain) to drive growth
  • Achieve annual sales and trade targets through effective selling and negotiation techniques


Requirements:

  • Demostrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer, marketplace, relevant channels and shopper trends
  • Must understand how to best develop customer-specific category growth strategy
  • 2+ years of experience working within sales/key account management
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing POS consumption data such as Nielsen/IRI
  • Knowledge of sales fundamentals; pricing, promotion, assortment and merchandising
