Core Experience
3-5 years of data analyst or related experience, showcasing proficiency with analytical software.
Advanced Excel Skills: Show off your expertise with pivot tables, data connections, VBA, and more.
Acing the Excel Test: Complete our advanced Excel test with flying colors (scoring 80% or higher).
Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and SharePoint, with some familiarity in Python.
Bonus Points: Experience in Workforce Management/Business Planning.
Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
Education: A bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

As a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst, you'll be a key player in our team, creating and maintaining reports and performing analytics on results.
Your strong aptitude in mathematics will shine as you break down complex analytics into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
Through data preparation, tracking, and analysis, you'll provide valuable guidance and direction on workforce strategies, enhancing performance and productivity while reducing costs.
Embrace the power of data interpretation and utilize statistical techniques to generate ongoing reports using various tools, including Excel, Vertica, Python, and Tableau.
Take charge of production reporting for 1200 team members across all lines of business and manage employee scorecards and incentives.
Work Environment
100% Remote: We provide all the necessary equipment for your remote work setup.
Monday to Friday: Enjoy an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
