We’re looking for a Regional Director (RPh), Pharmacy Operations to join our PharmScript team within our Administrative department. The Regional Director (RPh), Pharmacy Operations is accountable for the successful profit outcome of the branch operation while maintaining corporate policies and procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.


The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


  • Maintains bottom-line earnings accountability for the branch operation.
  • Meet facility needs, maintain ongoing evaluation of requirements, client needs and service quality
  • Bachelors/undergraduate degree preferred and/or six years of progressive experience in related field; or an equivalent
  • Ensures services provided are consistent with company policies, service standards, and applicable laws and regulations through management of the services and ongoing assessment and supervision of all client and assigned staff
  • Proven knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills for ongoing staff development and support
  • Ensures site visits are done in a timely manner as dictated by business needs
  • Achieve gross profit and earnings objectives.
  • Five years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role, within a similar business environment preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Ensure successful recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals to service a growing customer base.
  • Maintain and/or improve pharmacy culture while retaining quality staff with low turnover

The Regional General Manager (Tech) is accountable for the successful profit outcome of the branch operation while maintaining corporate policies and procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This position reports to a Sr Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations (RPh) or a Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations (RPh).


The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


  • Combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
