Job Description

Position Overview:

Our ideal Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and operations, implementing and enforcing community regulations, day-to-day operations including financial, managerial, and extensive board member interactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Physical inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance requirements in common areas.
  • Supervise association (HOA) staff and vendors as necessary.
  • Organize, conduct, and manage board and membership meetings, in addition to, attending.
  • Analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Review, modify and implement HOA governing documents.
  • Conduct association workshops and review insurance requirements to secure policies as needed.
  • Prepare annual budgets and assist in forecasting information related to funding.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must have an active Florida LCAM license.
  • 5 years of experience as a Licensed Community association portfolio manager.
