Position Overview:
Our ideal Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and operations, implementing and enforcing community regulations, day-to-day operations including financial, managerial, and extensive board member interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Physical inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance requirements in common areas.
- Supervise association (HOA) staff and vendors as necessary.
- Organize, conduct, and manage board and membership meetings, in addition to, attending.
- Analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Review, modify and implement HOA governing documents.
- Conduct association workshops and review insurance requirements to secure policies as needed.
- Prepare annual budgets and assist in forecasting information related to funding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have an active Florida LCAM license.
- 5 years of experience as a Licensed Community association portfolio manager.
