Brief Overview


Our Sales Director engages in activity related to developing new business

Opportunities and expanding our current client footprint to fuel growth within a geographical territory that they will manage. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, we are looking for a seasoned individual contributor that can excel in a start-up environment and take a hands-on approach to grow the business. A successful person in this role is an experienced, energetic sales professional that can work collaboratively AND independently to drive growth. Our CE’s will work with our industry leading partners as well as drive direct sales.


Core Responsibilities


  • Abide by the expectations set forth by Vice President of Sales and other leaders in the company
  • Increase key accounts market share and support sales & marketing programs, RFP’s, bids and other customer requirements
  • Work with customers to understand and identify their objectives and needs while aligning our products and services with their needs
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas
  • Responsible for the sale of SaaS platform, healthcare equipment, and professional services
  • Understand how to lead customers through change and perform sales presentations/demonstrations to match products with identified needs
  • Achieve/exceed sales quota through a consultative and analytical sales approach
  • Communicate the value proposition and Return on Investment (ROI) to prospective customers


Qualifications

  • Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close, also understands complex contracting process
  • Healthcare industry sales experience - preferred SaaS and medical equipment
  • Must be comfortable working at all levels of an organization with preferred experience calling on the C-Suite
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote location which means you can work from anywhere, coming together physically for ideation, collaboration, and client meetings.
  • True, demonstrable hunter
  • Must be capable of multitasking to meet company expectations and goals
  • Detail-oriented and well organized as you prepare, build, and manage your
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills, and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years SaaS solution sales experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, and close big deals (from targeted Health System Accounts and in a defined territory)
  • Great IT skills and preferred knowledge of TeleHealth for understanding the terminology in order to perform sales in our product,to deliver engaging presentations.
  • College/University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
