Concrewall USA, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team. As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient operations and high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing innovative manufacturing technologies and practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.
• Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Evaluate and optimize equipment and machinery utilization, coordinating maintenance and repair activities as needed.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure product excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
