Title of Position: Regional Director of Operations

: Our RDO must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. The RDO will provide exceptional customer service along with having excellent communication skills. Works closely with other managers and supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the operation of the restaurant are in place. Maintain leadership culture by instilling core values, motto, and mission statement. Our RDO must be always a strong leader and able to direct efforts by others ongoing. Multi-tasking, organization, and awareness are essential for this position.

Qualifications:

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant industry required.
• Good computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Significant number of years of restaurant management experience required.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up on details.
• Experience, training and education in business, marketing, finance and HR required.
