JOB DESCRIPTION:


Job Summary:


As the Car Wash Senior Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple car wash locations within a designated region. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience across all car wash facilities. Your exceptional leadership skills and extensive industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our business objectives.


Responsibilities:


Regional Operations Management:


  • Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple car wash locations within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess cleanliness, safety, and overall operational quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all facilities.


Staff Management and Development:


  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor site managers and staff to ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to drive employee engagement and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to site managers in resolving operational challenges and implementing best practices.


Facilities Maintenance Team Management:


  • Oversee the facilities maintenance team responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of car wash facilities within the region.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and supervise repairs, installations, and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of equipment, machinery, and facilities.


Financial Management:


  • Review and approve pricing decisions, promotions, and discounts within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and expenses across multiple locations.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.


Customer Experience and Satisfaction:


  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, promptly addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve operations and service quality.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure that all car wash facilities consistently deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.


Market Analysis and Expansion:


  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute regional growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential areas for expansion, and strategic partnerships.


Qualifications:


  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the car retail service industry.
