Regional Director Of Operations

The Regional Director will have full operational and sales control over the South Florida Market for MaD Fitness Group and its F45 Training Studios. The SOFLO market is slated for 25-35 studio locations which will have 150+ employees. We currently have 4 open locations, 3 new ready to open build outs and a further 25 in active development plus acquisition deals in the works. This candidate must have extensive fitness industry experience with multi-units and in the small group/boutique side of the business. Candidate must have the ability to coordinate presales, recruit and build teams, develop leaders, motivate and inspire both staff and members plus have a strong will to "win" and achieve all financial targets and goals. The candidate must be highly proficient in excel and power point, be able to develop and deliver meeting agendas as well as time and task manage across a large region.
