Qualifications And Attributes
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
Over 5 years of experience in managing QA teams and/or holding a QA management role, preferably within healthcare.
Proven ability to manage business and functional requirements, with a track record of delivering exceptional products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including utilizing metrics to drive success.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Prior experience in healthcare services, claims, medical or dental insurance is a plus.
