Job Responsibilities

• Analyze mid-complexity customer requirements and implement tools to support those requirements
• Support and maintain EHR applications
• Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve mid-complexity issues
• Serve as the subject matter expert in assigned application and develop a breadth of knowledge across applications
• Lead initiatives and projects and coordinate effectively with other staff

Education And Experience Requirements

• Certification in Epic applications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field of study OR Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare OR 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare
