Title: Product Support
Organizational Chart:
- Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
- Skip-level: Chief Executive Officer
- Management level: Individual Contributor
We are seeking a dedicated Product Support associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operational processes, focusing on improving onboarding, customer support, and product testing & enhancements. The successful candidate will establish a feedback cycle to monitor successes and failures from onboarding to post-live support, driving continuous improvement.
As a Product Support team member, you will spend the majority of your time implementing & streamlining processes used to support operators utilizing our product. You will become a true product evangelist, understanding how we solve unique challenges for each type of customer and helping to create raving fans.
You will develop a deep familiarity with our products, partners, and target customers, playing a pivotal role as we scale quickly with our first-to-market platform and solutions.
At Ocra, the Product Support roles primary functions encompass:
Internal Operations Focus:
- Oversee onboarding and synchronization
- Conduct quarterly audits
- Manage new and existing locations
- Flag and report bugs observed
- Monitor capacity alerts
- Facilitate special operational requests
Technical Understanding:
- Be prepared to solve for abnormal use cases
- Gain a deep understanding of our channel partners, their value, and how to effectively utilize them
- Develop knowledge of how the platform works, understanding user expectations and outcomes
