Job Description

:

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Account Manager to join our growing healthcare team and drive business development activities on a commission basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients, with the goal of achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth for the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and sales activities for reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and respond to client needs and challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while balancing both company and client interests.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to present our product offerings to clients and demonstrate the value they provide. Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and establish references through successful implementation of solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry and maintain relationships with existing clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns to support your efforts. Present product features, benefits, and overall value to potential clients.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong discipline in time management and organization.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • 5+ experience in account management in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years relevant exeperience
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including patient support and advocacy programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in account management or consulting within the oncology pharmaceutical industry
