Position: Senior Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical Domain)
Location: Remote
Day to Day Responsibilities:
We’re not looking for order takers here. The people in this role will spend their time doing real analysis work
Researching Regulatory Requirements
Analyzing the content we create, for both internal and external purposes
Competitive analysis
Market scanning
Process reengineering
Process Improvement & Mapping
Writing detailed requirements (including things like alternate flows, acceptance criteria, etc.)
Creating cost models for current processes
Defining KPIs, Metrics, and Analytics.
Calculating business value of proposed solutions
Stakeholder interviewing
Workshop facilitation

People in this role should be self-starters and have an incredible sense of urgency. They need to be incredibly collaborative, as the ultimate success of our program will be the result of what the team delivers, not any one individual.
Skills:
Analysis - possess strong analytical skills to understand complicated business problems, break them down into smaller components, and identify patterns and trends. They should be able to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
Critical thinking - objectively and systematically analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information to form reasoned judgments or decisions. Question assumptions, challenge biases, and seek evidence and logical reasoning to support conclusions.
Domain knowledge & business acumen - Pharmaceutical Domain Experience is Mandatory. A solid understanding of the industry or domain in which the business operates. Great business analysts have a keen understanding of business strategy, financial concepts, and organizational dynamics. They can align their analysis and recommendations with the organization's goals, assess the impact of decisions on different business areas, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Communication skills – actively listen to stakeholders, ask relevant questions, and convey information clearly and concisely. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for documenting requirements, presenting findings, and facilitating meetings.
Adaptability - analysts often work on projects that evolve over time. They need to be adaptable, embrace change, and continuously learn new skills and techniques. Staying updated with industry trends and advancements is essential for their professional growth.
