Overview The Senior People Success Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the organization in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. The Senior People Success Partner will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all employees have the resources and support they need to be successful. Detailed Job Description The Senior People Success Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the organization’s people practices are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior People Success Partner will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Additionally, the Senior People Success Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing performance management processes, and developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of employee engagement initiatives
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies
• Experience in managing employee relations issues
• Experience in conducting investigations
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
