People Strategy Lead - Hr Project Manager

We are seeking People Strategy Lead who will serve as a project manager for the Dataworks People Team. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, does not fear change, is comfortable working in a fast paced start up environment and has an innovative mindset to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be able to thrive during time of ambiguity, will need to possess strong strategic leadership skills, and be able to excel as a builder while we continue to stand up this new organization. This highly technical organization has a "data first" mindset to create value add products for external customers as well as using data to create internal efficiencies. As the People team we are a strategic partner with the business to design a best in class organization.

Summary:

Takes ownership and responsibility on the development and implementation of human resource development programs and systems designed to create and sustain a performance driven culture for the organization. Serves as the business driver in leading cross-functional teams on projects of strategic importance and technical complexity.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Project Management for HR initiatives
• Business case development
• Strategic thought leader

Skills considered a plus:

• Expert with PowerPoint and executive level presentations
• Proficient with using Data to tell a story. Data extraction skills using SQL is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Extensive experience in project management
• Any experience with HCM systems and implementations, especially Workday, is a plus.
• Experience creating project plans, delegating tasks, and holding people accountable

MinimumQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree /equivalent. Five (5) years’ work experience in specifically applicable fields such as: Human Resources, Benefits, Project Management, Information Technology, Analytics, or Business Planning. Engagement of executive level management (officer level) in the above areas required. Experience as a leader or a senior member of multi-functional project teams. Strong human relations, organizational / time management, project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present and communicate effectively to executive audiences.
