YOUR MISSION

You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a high-performance culture. You should have a deep understanding of HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. You'll work closely with leaders, managers, and employees, providing HR support, guidance, and solutions, supporting supporting our CRO, CMO, and SVP of Strategy and Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the rest of the People team and COEs to develop, implement, and ensure the delivery of HR initiatives in support of the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR guidance and resources on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and career development to managers.
  • Facilitate the performance review process, and work with management to ensure fair and relevant performance objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement scores, compensation, attrition) to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for continual improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensations, employee relations, diversity, performance management, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on partnering/coaching with managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are a collaborative, thoughtful HR leader who has proven ability to influence at the executive team level with global teams.
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job is too big or small.
  • Knowledge of Sales compensation.
