As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's culture and operations, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. Responsibilities & activities

• Culture: Participate in improving employee’s engagement maintaining OfficeVibe: ensure teams are relevant, grant relevant access to managers, …
• Update our salary grid once a year to ensure Kudus are fairly paid and increased
• Benchmark the industry to draft new policies when need be
• Help Kudus thrive in our hybrid-remote environment by planning & organizing events & routines to ensure cohesion. You’ll also lead the planning of our team retreats once a year. As we do not have an office manager, you’ll lead this and/or coordinate a good provider to do it
• Offboarding: Providing a best in class experience to Kudus until their last day, giving them the opportunity to be heard and for us to learn and improve
• Help with a few logistic items for the Paris office. (if the person is in Paris)
• Keep our existing People policies up-to-date and shared with the entire team (compensation, benefits, …)
• Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies.
• Ensure the Org chart remains up-to-date
• Onboarding: Setting the team up for success from day one helping new joiners adjust to our culture and expectations.
• Work hand in hand with our lawyers to support Kudus with visa processes

Skills that will help crush it in this position

• Great at multi-tasking, able to manage multiple processes at once
• Must: Fluent in English & French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment
• Previous experience (min 2 years) in a start up in the tech industry
• Curious and autonomous, can handle a project from start to finish
