Your Role And Impact

Seamless Appointment Coordination
Facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring appointments and follow-ups are effortlessly scheduled.
Assist patients in mastering telepsychiatry platforms and technologies for a seamless virtual experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline scheduling, minimizing wait times and maximizing convenience for our patients.

Resourceful Information Management
Equip patients with accurate and up-to-date information on mental health matters, treatment choices, and community resources.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clinic's offerings, policies, and procedures to adeptly address patient inquiries.

Skilled Conflict Resolution And Innovative Solutions

Qualifications For Success
A degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or related fields (relevant experience may be considered).
A proven track record in patient advocacy or customer service, ideally in the healthcare domain.
Exceptional interpersonal prowess, enabling you to communicate compassionately and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
A keen eye for organization and detail, ensuring meticulous documentation of patient interactions.
Familiarity with mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources is highly regarded.
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus.
