Job Description
Role/Title: Partner, Customer Success- P&L, B2C
Salary Range: Up to 250,000

Clutch is looking for a Partner, Customer Success for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure their success and the success of our customers.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions to complex challenges, enabling sustained analytics transformation for our clients.
  • Help teams solve complex business problems using conventional and new age data sources and cutting-edge advanced analytics techniques.
  • Achieve targets set at the beginning of the year by signing up for a book of business with a set of customers.
  • Design a roadmap for building analytics capabilities for customer portfolios, understanding their strategic direction.
  • Build relationships with customers to become a trusted partner, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
  • Analyze clients' business to generate insights, develop recommendations, and present to clients and management.
  • Lead teams of Senior/Engagement managers & consultants in executing cutting-edge analytical solutions and capabilities for clients.
  • Initiate new client engagements and relationships, while coaching teams to do the same.
  • Institutionalize data-driven insights and recommendations to bring customer strategies to life, driving business growth.
  • Proactively identify business development opportunities for existing client engagements and departments.
  • Be accountable for a book of business of client accounts, including growth strategy, P&L management, resource planning, and client escalations.

Required skills:
  • Developed teams with diverse backgrounds and skills.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and expanding projects.
  • Adaptable and skilled at identifying and solving business challenges using analytics to drive results.
  • Education from a top-tier university (Master’s degree) or 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience with respected consulting firms or Fortune 500 companies and B2C.
  • Excellent networking skills and a growth mindset for building connections with senior clients.
  • Established track record of building strong partnerships with clients and colleagues in complex and sensitive situations.
