Customer Success Consultant Jobs

Reports to: VP, Customer Success

Salary range: $60,000 - $160,000

Customer Success Consultant

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this role will be charged with managing multiple client implementation projects while guiding and training clients through it. To fulfil this role, NETSTOCK is seeking to hire a supply chain professional who can:

• Facilitate onboarding and training of new client implementations of Netstock Integrated Business Planning (IBP), formerly Demand Works Smoothie.
• Work with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure an efficient implementation that satisfies client key requirements.
• Develop client relationships, transfer knowledge, and manage expectations and budgets.

What You'll Do

• Deliver training to customers.
• Project manage multiple, simultaneous implementations of the Netstock App, effectively guiding the customers through the implementation.
• Identify and provide input on software enhancements to improve implementation efficiency and product features.
• Work together with technical resources to implement customer requirements. Manage tasks for each project through the company Project Management application.
• Continually improve implementation efficiencies and success.
• Identify customer requirements, develop solutions using Netstock features and data configurations.
• Participate in identifying customers at risk of leaving to improve engagement and application usage.
• Contribute to the development of training and other onboarding materials.

Because extensive experience is extremely beneficial, NETSTOCK is looking for a candidate with five or more years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management, and/or worked in a similar SaaS based technology consultancy as an implementation consultant.

• Minimal travel required for the position (0-5%).

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of related supply chain experience
• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Working knowledge of one or more planning software solutions
