Overview A Partner Success Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and customers. They are responsible for ensuring that partners and customers are satisfied with the services and products they receive. They also work to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the partnership. Detailed Job Description A Partner Success Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and customers. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. They also work to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the partnership. They are responsible for providing customer service, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to partners. They also work to ensure that partners and customers are satisfied with the services and products they receive. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
