Overview A Partner Success Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners in order to ensure their success. This role requires a combination of sales, customer service, and technical skills to ensure that partners are satisfied with their experience. The Partner Success Executive will work closely with partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. The Partner Success Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to partners in order to ensure their success. The Partner Success Executive will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase partner engagement and satisfaction. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support
• Experience in developing and executing strategies
• Knowledge of partner management systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems
