Overview A Partner Success Coordinator is responsible for providing support to partners and customers to ensure their success. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Partner Success Coordinator is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description The Partner Success Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to partners and customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Partner Success Coordinator is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries. The Partner Success Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners and customers, as well as providing feedback to the company on customer satisfaction. • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to partners and customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and customers

• Monitor customer service metrics and report on trends
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with customer onboarding and training
• Assist with customer account management and billing inquiries
