As a Managed Care Contract Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze financial and operational data related to managed care contracts, interpret contract language, and research methodologies. You will work with internal stakeholders and external payor representatives to ensure compliance and resolve payment issues. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of job-related experience, we encourage you to apply.

Education

:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Credentialed in appropriate EPIC application(s) within 90 days of hire

Experience

• 1-2 years advanced Financial Analysis
• 1-3 years of job-related experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to read and interpret contract language
• Ability to research, obtain and evaluate information, analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations and decisions in support of contract negotiations
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong statistical and analytical skills – proficient in Excel
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Effective oral and written communication skills
