Responsibilities


  • Stay informed about online courses and CPR product information and collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Update customer online records and accurately enter data in CRM tools
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to questions related to website access, basic CPR information, online products, and programs
  • Respond to inquiries from professional customers regarding Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training products and systems
  • Offer technical assistance to students and instructors for proprietary applications using administrative tools, support documents, and knowledge


Qualifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Available to work Monday through Saturday
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in internet navigation and ability to navigate among multiple programs/screens
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing first-level technical support to customers
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service field or call center environment


Preferred Experience


  • 2 years' experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Additional Information


  • Shift: Available shifts starting as early as 7:45 am CST and staying as late as 6 pm
  • Location: Fully remote (training and work)
  • Training: September 11, 2023 – December 01, 2023
