Member Management Specialist Remote Jobs

Handle customer requests and inquiries regarding new and existing contracts, invoicing, site surveys, regulatory requirements and account information.

Strong keyboarding and typing skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Remains current on trends and best business practices in knowledge management and content management.

Supervises and trains knowledge management and content management procedures.

Searches for and capture observations, insights, and lessons of best business practices related to content management.

Reviews file management techniques and direct adjustments, as needed.

Experience with Enrollment modeling is required

Collect and report on clinical trial performance metrics regarding trial placement, optimization, and enrollment

Drive the implementation and improvement of Feasibility initiatives/processes/technologies to support and continually evolve standard analytics

Establish and follow operational enrollment technology and operational business processes

Time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsible for overall proposal document management

Responsible for document management using SharePoint

Perform any other job duties as requested

Associates degree in Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required

A minimum of three (3) years of experience related to the duties of this position is required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

1-3 years of job-related experience

Strong statistical and analytical skills – proficient in Excel

Effective oral and written communication skills

Credentialed in appropriate EPIC application(s) within 90 days of hire

1-2 years advanced Financial Analysis

Experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management preferred

3+ years of experience preferred, but strong technical skills and healthcare experience may be considered

Comfortable presenting findings to senior management

Time management and expectation setting are key to success in the role

Advanced SQL skills required, as well as Excel skills

Advanced programming skills in Python, R, and DAX

1-4 years of experience within a documents management team

Proficiency with Document Management Tools

Knowledge of Chemical Nomenclature (pharma, healthcare, agriscience background)

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a science related field (Associates could work with the right experience!)

Knowledge of Crop Protection or Seed regulatory environments

Familiarity with using knowledge management tools (Guru, Confluence, etc)
