Job Responsibilities

• Foster and nurture relationships with existing patients and those seeking treatment
• Provide patient-centered and coordinated access to Employer's network of facilities, clinics, and institutes
• Provide tier 1 technical support with patient health applications
• Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the healthcare system
• Navigate patients to find physicians within the healthcare network and schedule appointments and classes

Required Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Two years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of technical support experience

• WA Puget Sound, Oregon (Portland): Min: $18.69, Max: $29.06
• Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): Min: $16.63, Max: $25.86
• Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): Min: $19.48, Max: $30.29
• Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): Min: $17.42, Max: $27.09
• NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): Min: $21.86, Max: $33.99
