100% Remote OnePlan Administrator - EST Hours

The Select Group is looking for a OnePlan Administrator to join the implementation team at one our healthcare clients. The client is a mid-sized, clinical research institute that is looking to bring on a OnePlan Administrator. This consultant will join a team that is responsible for the system administration of the enterprise wide implementation and management of the OnePlan PPM solution. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience.

NOTE: This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in one of the following states:

Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, Montana, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C

Requirements:

• Proficient in administering OnePlan.ai, including customizations, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Power BI.5. PowerShell experience
• 3+ years of experience as a system administrator, with specific experience in administering OnePlan.ai or similar software platforms.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Project, Agile, and other project management tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide OnePlan.ai support to project leaders.
• Adhere to Software Engineering best practices and company delivery methodology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.
• Ensuring any production issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics to support data-driven decision making.
• Solicit feedback, evaluate and monitor client or customer satisfaction to improve the quality of services.
• Manage the OnePlan.ai software platform, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Customize and configure the platform to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with project management team to ensure that OnePlan.ai is optimized for efficient project planning and execution.
• Understand system validation and documentation in a regulatory environment (21 CFR Part 11).
