-Strong visual sense (Must be able to understand audiences and the elements required to keep users engaged.)

Software Developers

• Persistent (Must be able to work through any dilemmas/ issues through communication and dedication.)
• Precise
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Role: Compose softwares that SLCA can use for tournaments, data collection, app development, etc.
• Timely (Must be able to show/make progress weekly; scheduled.)

Social Media Department

Editors

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Role: Edit videos that the content creators produce, making it entertaining and engaging.

-Creative

-Timely (Must be able to produce/post content by the given deadlines.)

-Consistent (A personalized editing style that is maintained throughout each video that is edited.)

Content Creators

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Role: Record and compile clips/images that can be used to market SLCA through its social media platforms

-Outgoing (Must be able to be in front of a camera as well as communicate with individuals in the surrounding communities.)

-Knowledge of the current social media trends and the rules of algorithms (best times to post, best trends to engage in, etc.)

Graphic Designers

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Role: Create digital flyers and advertisements for SLCA’s events and missions

-Artistic ( Comfortable with topics like color theory, attractive digital elements, etc.)

-Good writing skills (Being able to appeal to the audiences depending on the flyer being produced.)

Finance Department

Sponsorship/Grant Officers

• Witty (Must be able to communicate directly and strategically with others while requesting funding.)
• Communicative
• Role: Market and request for sponsorships/grants from businesses and banks to further fund SLCA’s missions as well as establish credibility amongst the community.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Organized
