Job Description
A client relations Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. They may also be responsible for generating new business by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients. Other duties may include conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are typically required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
  • Assist clients in providing our services and offerings
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to the development of new client relationships and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client experience
  • Provide product and service information to clients
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and chat


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role but not required
