Our Ways of Working

We’re a remote-first company with team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees so people can get the work done in the way that suits them best. With rare exception, our employees generally work 9-5 in their home time zone.


We also know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build community and collaboration, we gather in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.


What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships to help generate businesses and position our brand across health & wellness marketers. As the Senior Manager you will understand Babylist’s value proposition and leverage it to create media relationships with new partners across Babylist as well as Expectful. This role's goal is launch and grow monetization of our new Expectful property by leveraging relationships with the health & wellness category, ultimately unlocking revenue from a new industry for Babylist.


Who You Are

  • A strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to create win-win relationships.
  • Background in branded content, social, and/or native publisher solutions
  • A driven team player who works towards achieving the company’s goals
  • An experienced business developer, capable of adapting your pitch based on the client’s needs
  • A savant in all things digital media
  • At least 10 years of experience with a majority of that time focused on advertising, strategic partnerships, and/or media sales roles
  • Proven experience working health & wellness brands to leverage publisher & platform capabilities to drive brand awareness, consideration, intent and purchase
  • Deep, proven experience in the health space


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Act as a consultant to our partners, understanding both their needs and how Expectful & Babylist can help on their fulfillment.
  • Craft comprehensive and appealing ideas, proposals and associated pitch materials for potential partners.
  • Represent our portfolio of products and services, showcasing Babylist’s value proposition, along with Expectful’s new role as the home of health & wellness for expecting and new parents
  • Bring your knowledge of the health space and health advertiser needs to inform our strategy, approach and programming to health advertisers
  • Spearhead Babylist’s efforts to increase our advertising solutions footprint within the health & wellness industry

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.


The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000- $197,000.


In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
