As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Global Vice President of Sales to drive our sales efforts and help propel our company's growth.


Position Overview:

As the Senior Global Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our global sales team and driving revenue growth. You will work with the executive leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and establish our company as a key player in the electric vehicle software market. This role requires a visionary sales leader who can navigate complex sales cycles, identify new business opportunities, and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technological innovations, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive exceptional sales performance.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and performance to the executive leadership team.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business.
  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand customer needs, drive product enhancements, and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive, SaaS, or software industry.
  • Passion for electric vehicles, clean energy, and sustainable technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Global mindset and experience working in cross-cultural environments, preferably with exposure to international sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in selling SaaS, software solutions or technology-related products to global markets.
