About This Opportunity
We are searching for a motivated Sales Manager with experience in account management, project management, marketing, merchandising, fixtures, logistics and category analysis to support the Dollar Tree partnership at InComm Payment alongside the Executive Director and account management team.
This person can remote anywhere in the United States (a plus if you are located in Chesapeake, VA, where Dollar Tree HQ is).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with Dollar Tree Executive Director to understand the retailer’s needs and recommend optimum solutions to increase sales performance.
- Manage and mentor two team members.
- Oversee merchandising partnership including monthly continuity merchandising service program.
- Support and drive billing, reporting, POGs, testing, operational procedures, customer resolution, category analysis, merchandising and product mix.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and brand partner opportunities.
- Attend weekly internal meetings, calls, projects and tasks.
- Produce key internal and external status reporting for the InComm team.
- Ensure there are no barriers to our customer’s success and effectively manage issues with the support of the rest of the Dollar Tree account team.
- Support strategic account planning including weekly updates, customer calls, monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews, marketing calendars and annual account planning.
- Work with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop new marketing and product opportunities.
- Request and review category analysis, product trending and monthly reporting.
- Manage MDF and ensure contractual obligations are being executed.
- Attend Dollar Tree vendor show and other key events.
- Support POG resets and strategic projects and implementations.

Qualifications
- Effective workload prioritization across multiple clients and projects.
- Prepaid or gift card business experience
- Proven ability to perform in dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Strategic account planning
- Demonstrated analytical decision making capability
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Track record in identifying and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to travel
- Point of sales marketing services or sales experience
- Risk analysis
- Strong PC tool skills – Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project
- 3-5 years of account management/sales experience
