Media Account Coordinator
Reports To: Media Analyst
Profile:
Assists in the set up and implementation of all new and existing media campaigns. Responsible for coordinating first party response data and KPI phase, set up, testing, and implementation with Account, Data Science and IS teams. Assists in accurate and timely coordination of all activities within internal departments, as they relate to client programs. Interfaces with potential and current clients in conjunction with Account Directors and Account Supervisors, as requested. Performs selected media research and analysis projects. Maintains constant interaction, communication and follow-up with internal and external clients in relationship to issues, requests and all other pertinent campaign information related to media, operations and data quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with one year relevant work experience, minimum of two years post high school education with two years related office experience.
- Excellent Excel and Reporting skills.
- Tableau experience preferred
Role Accountabilities
- 1st party response data verification and quality assessment
- Media Clearance to Budget review and reporting
- Media Setup
- Coordination with Data Science on data, KPI and initial Tableau setups
- Attribution Dashboard Reporting and optimization through Tableau
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates call center setups, where applicable.
- Coordinates Toll Free Numbers (TFN) inventory, procurement and activation with Media Operations for any campaigns requiring TFNs.
- Verification of all correct media metrics included in all internal and client reporting (i.e. Impressions, CPMs, TRPs for all airings)
- Develops strong, professional and friendly relationships with clients; keeps abreast of all internal organizational changes - disseminates information.
- Maintains client report schedules, attending pertinent meetings and completing meeting agenda/notes, as assigned.
- Assists with implementation and maintenance of all new and existing media campaigns.
- Interfaces with Information Services on system challenges related to Account Coordinator responsibilities.
- Provides written documentation of set up and subsequent changes to media, and basic web integration campaigns including updates to GA, Adobe or Matomo tracking pixels.
- Maintains open communication with other departments in association with departmental and account coordinator responsibilities. Ensures teamwork with all other Hawthorne departments by assisting in the development/maintenance of processes and procedures for overall service quality, efficiency, company profitability and employee satisfaction.
- Timely response to any Client communication and request, while copying Account Director and Account Supervisor on all communication.
- Completes other duties and projects, as assigned, based on company needs.
- Performs selected media and research projects, analyzes and reports results as directed by Account Director or Supervisor
- Coordinates activities related to assigned media campaigns including prelog, post log, cleared to budget clearance reporting.
