Senior Director, Account Management (Vp Level, Up To 200K - Ny, Nj, And Ct)

As a Senior Director, Account Services, you will be working directly with the SVP to lead a diverse team of medical communications professionals within project management, editorial services, scientific services, and account services to further the progress of deliverables within publications for a variety of pharmaceutical companies.

You will be the primary escalation point for assigned clients, maintain and communicate timelines and progress for publication deliverables, demonstrate and exemplify excellent white-glove service to existing and future clients, and provide guidance and leadership to an intimate internal team to support their personal growth.

Job Requirements

• Substantial experience leading publications deliverables
• Reside in the NYC Tri-State area (NYC, NJ, CT); remote flexibility allowed, but will need to be local and present for client meetings
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or higher education preferred
• Able to travel as needed
• Proven success in managing ~3 million dollars (average book of business)
• 5-7+ years of experience *specifically at a medical communications agency servicing pharmaceutical publication planning*
