The successful candidate will be responsible for providing people leadership to the team and for driving faster and more efficient aspects of identification, assessment, screening, interviewing and hiring with candidate experience at the center.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be expected to meet and exceed performance expectations in the following areas:
Leadership:
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities to promote high performance and growth.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, feedback, and recognition of achievements. • Navigate and manage changes effectively, with a focus on maintaining team engagement, alignment, and productivity.
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance on talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support the organization's talent needs and business objectives.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to identify current and future talent gaps and develop talent acquisition strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent.
Excellence in Operations:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes and programs to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in talent acquisition processes and practices.
Inclusive Culture:
- Drive the development and implementation of inclusive and diverse talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Foster a culture of belonging and respect across the organization by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent acquisition and management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to build diverse talent networks and pipelines.
Accountability:
- Define and communicate clear performance goals and expectations for the team, aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition as needed.
- Take ownership of and be accountable for talent acquisition outcomes and results, continuously striving for improvement and success.
Qualifications:
- Progressive talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment for technical roles
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a corporate and/or agency setting
- Demonstrated ability to leverage various recruiting strategies, tools, and systems to deliver results across a variety of corporate functions
- Evidence of developing and implementing industry-leading best practices in recruiting principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience developing strategies and executing tactics that drive measurable diversity and inclusion results within the context of a talent strategy
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting, training, influencing through use of a business case, and using data to make decisions and recommend actions

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly candidate engagement, qualification, and pipeline development goals
- Develop and implement strategies to pre-qualify candidates, resulting in a higher percentage of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates, reducing time-to-fill and increasing efficiency in the recruitment process
Impact:
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and provide people leadership to the Technical Recruiters Collaboration:
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners, including but not limited to the Talent Acquisition and Talent Brand teams, to ensure alignment and partnership in recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with the business stakeholder to identify areas of need and develop targeted recruitment strategies to fill those roles.
Excellence in Operations:
- Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure efficient and effective candidate engagement and qualification.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and meet the organization's needs.
- Provide people leadership to the Candidate Development team, including setting clear expectations and performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and developing a high-performing team.
